What if I am a first-time patient?
If you are a first-time patient, we schedule only on a Same-Day basis. You can call the same day you would like to be seen and get an appointment that day. When you do get scheduled, you MUST bring a Picture ID (i.e. Driver's License) and your insurance card. We do ask that you arrive approximately 15 minutes early to your appointment to fill out paperwork.
What if I can't get through the phone lines to make an appointment?
Our phones can be very busy but we do have an excellent messaging system where our staff can return your call in a timely manner.
What if I miss an appointment?
If you miss an appointment, it is charted as a No-Show in our system. It is encouraged that you make every appointment and show up on time.
When can I get an appointment?
We offer Open Access Scheduling, otherwise known as Same Day Scheduling. You can call the day you want to be seen and ask for an appointment ASAP. With this, we reduce the risk of patients not showing up if they were scheduled ahead of time and allow patients to be seen more urgently. The phone lines open at 8 AM.
